"I was out on a 3000 mile trip with three buddies last summer when I really was in need of a rear tire. Rob Nort hooked me up by selling me a tire for my 84 Goldwing 1200 and letting me use the back shop for about three hours to change the tire since they didnt have the time to get to it. He even moved out his newwer 1800 Wing so I could work in that space. What an excellent way to treat a guy who is from nowhere out having the time of his life. Thanks Rob, we will never forget that day. Great service, great dealership, perfect people. Service the way it should be. "

"I was looking far and wide for a Suzuki DR650. I heard about this sales staff and finance manager though a friend. I called them up on the phone, made the deal I was looking for and they had the motorcycle ready that evening, fueled and running ready for me to take it. There was no pressure, the staff was very helpfull and I also got some service materials to go with the deal. They are A+ and treat you like family. I have purchased several powersports and this was by far the best experience. Thanks team!"

"I was on a trip to CO and had purchased new tires in Omaha, NE. The dealer there told me that I needed to have my wheel bearings replaced before I returned home. Since I wasn't able to stay there, my sister found your dealership for me on the Internet and scheduled the appointment. After removing the rear wheel, the technician found that my carrier bearings were bad. Scott, the service manager with whom I dealt, had someone go pick up the bearings as they did not have them in stock. Unfortunately, the person only picked up one and had to make a second trip. Scott was very nice and even offered to buy my lunch because of the inconvenience. I really appreciate that the service department went out of their way, first to work me into their undoubtedly busy schedule, but then for taking such good care of me. Scott even printed directions to my hotel in Keystone for me! You can't get better service than that!"

"Arrived at your fine dealership as a monsoon was starting. Only needed a taillight bulb for my Honda. Service dept. gladly installed it for me under the outside canopy as it was pouring rain; then, one of your fine staff people wheeled my bike inside, provided towels to dry it off, and allowed me to wait until the rain subsided before I headed back to my hotel. I made a point of letting my fellow VTX riders know about the courtesy and kindness I was shown and invited all the Denver locals to patronize your fine establishment. "I had become frustrated with the integrity of my local ATV shop and decided to give RPM a try. I brought my ATV in for service with little time to spare before taking my college-bound son on an adventure. I needed new tires and, first of all, RPM did not oversell me. The tires I settled on turned out to be out of stock. Dave Moothart in Service called around to other dealers and went out of his way to get the tires into the shop and on my ATV. "We have done business before with RPM and just recently purchased a 2008 Can-Am Spyder (from RPM). Don Werner, Dave Mills, and Ryan Cook were outstanding. Don is the best. He goes above and beyond in customer service. We have worked with Don before. He really takes his time with each and every customer so that you get true personal service. Ryan walked us through each and every detail that we needed to purchase the Spyder. Ryan even faxed us information so that we could get our insurance lined up ahead of time. Dave in parts is the best. Dave made sure all the accessories were ordered and kept us informed every step. Dave also has been working with us in special ordering some parts and accessories that just came available for the Spyder. He knows his stuff. We have purchased bikes from other dealers, but will not go back. RPM is the only dealership that we will purchase our bikes from. Thanks for the great service."

"While passing through Denver, the Touring Professor - Jeff Luftig, provided me with your service department's contact information stating that he has had excellent results with RPM service department & technicians. Tom Ellzey, service advisor, was most helpful scheduling me in for service while I waited. Parts were ordered as Tom re-scheduled my Goldwing while improving his estimate to have the parts available by about 1 week. Tom is efficient, honest & communicates well with his customer. "The server and parts people were great. I ordered tires on Monday. they were nice enough to tell me it could take up to five days. I got a call on Thursday that my tires were in and they would be waiting to do the work on Fri. I was in and out in not time. They gave me a report on my brakes and even lubed my chain. thanks guys. " To the people of RPM, I went snowmobiling this weekend both days with my new SKIDOO Summit 800 XRS. I just purchased it in Denver at another dealer and my good friend bought one from you the same day. We came down from Carbondale, CO together. We went to our favorite early season spots. My buddy who purchased his sled from you was able to out climb me by over 100 feet up the hill. Your service technician, Matt Leicester, seems to be the only one in the state who can make these sleds run that well. The difference is mind blowing. So that’s why I’m bringing my sled that I just purchased from another dealer back to RPM. I’m tired of being left at the bottom of the hill! "

"I’ve been riding snowmobiles all my life and skidoo’s for about five years. I have dealt with one skidoo dealership the whole time and was under the impression I was getting a high altitude set-up on all my sleds until I rode with a friend of mine last weekend. He purchased a 2007 Summit REV 800 H.O. from RPM Motorsports and was very impressed with the clutching on his sled. I have a really hard time running a belt 100 miles. I just hope that you can help me get my sled back to where it can compete with the newer REV’s. Thanks for all the help, I needed it! "
